Talented Medical Solutions in Kailua, Hawaii is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic X-ray examinations and support physicians in diagnosis and treatment. You will operate radiographic equipment, position patients, and produce high-quality images while prioritizing patient safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires ARRT-R certification, an active RT license, an associate degree in Radiologic Technology, and BLS/CPR.

Qualifications

Associate degree preferred in Radiologic Technology.
ARRT-R certification is required.
Active RT license in the state of practice.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Knowledge of radiographic imaging techniques, radiation safety, and anatomy.
Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations per physician orders and imaging protocols.
Position and educate patients for procedures ensuring comfort and safety.
Operate radiographic imaging equipment to obtain high-quality images.
Monitor patients during imaging and respond to needs.
Verify and transfer imaging studies via PACS and other imaging systems.
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
Ensure compliance with radiation safety, HIPAA, infection control, and policies.
Perform routine equipment checks and maintain examination rooms and imaging equipment.
Communicate findings and procedural information to physicians and healthcare team.
Collaborate with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
