The role requires ARRT-R certification, an RT license, and BLS/CPR. You will collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams while maintaining radiation safety and patient care standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
• Active RT license in the state of practice.
• ARRT Radiography (ARRT-R) certification required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Fluoroscopy license/certification as required by state regulations.
• Knowledge of radiographic imaging procedures and radiation safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations according to physician orders and imaging protocols.
• Position patients for imaging procedures ensuring comfort and safety.
• Operate radiographic and fluoroscopy equipment to obtain high-quality images.
• Verify image quality and transmit studies through PACS for interpretation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and examination documentation.
• Monitor patients during imaging procedures and report concerns.
