Job summary

Illinois Bone & Joint Institute is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiology diagnostic tests safely and efficiently as ordered by physicians. The role involves maintaining equipment, documenting patient data, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment within a busy radiology department.

Required credentials include an associate degree or equivalent experience, state licensure, ARRT registration, and CPR/AED certification.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in radiologic technology or two years of related experience.
• Valid state Radiologic Technologist license.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT).
• CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certification.
• Two years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiology procedures in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintains equipment and supplies in the department.
• Keeps documentation of patient testing information.
• Assists Radiology Manager with duties and assignments.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
