Job summary

Saint Alphonsus is seeking a full-time Radiologic Technologist who will perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures for patients of all ages. Qualifications

  • Registered by ARRT or registered within 90 days of graduation.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support required.

Radiologic Technologist

POD: This position is Thursdays at Garrity, Fridays at Star, and every other weekend at Ten Mile.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), or if not registered, must provide proof of graduation from an ARRT acknowledged radiology program and be ARRT registered within 90 days of graduation.
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification
Skills, Knowledge, Education, and Experience:
  • Performs procedures on patients of all ages, following approved protocols, radiation safety, and exam indicators.
  • Maintains patient and procedure documentation.
  • Maintains knowledge of equipment and supplies relevant to high-quality exams.
  • Provides effective communication with patients, appropriate to their age and mental capacity.
  • Travel between sites may be required, especially in low-census scenarios.
