Job summary

Concentra in Florida is seeking a Radiologic Technologist & Medical Support Specialist to perform routine x-ray exams under supervision and provide hands-on patient care. You will support in medical procedures, patient flow, and front/back office tasks in a fast-paced clinic environment.

The role requires ARRT certification, CPR/First Aid, and strong compliance with HIPAA. You’ll contribute to a high-quality patient experience and collaborate with clinicians and staff across the center.

Qualifications

• Radiologic technology training from an accredited program and ARRT registration.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• Excellent customer service and HIPAA/PHI awareness.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and document accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and position body parts for imaging.
• Operate radiologic equipment and adjust exposure as required.
• Follow radiation safety measures and report equipment issues.
• Maintain radiology workflows and ensure EMR cross-checks.
• Perform DOT and Non-DOT drug and alcohol testing as needed.
• Assist providers during examinations and support front/back office duties.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain equipment/calibration records.
