Job summary

ChristianaCare in Middletown, DE invites applications for a Part-Time Radiologic Technologist in the ED Imaging Department. The role supports radiographic procedures, equipment operation, image development, and QA across PACS and CR/DR systems.

CPR certification and ARRT credential are required, with a Delaware license and CPR on file. The schedule includes weekend and evening shifts with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates, and benefits such as medical/dental/vision, a 403(b) plan

• Delaware license required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Complete knowledge and proficiency in the use of radiographic equipment.
• Developing and identifying radiographs; proper identification of film, date and time.
• Covering the Emergency Department (ED) OR, Surgi center, Portables, Fluoro.
• Assisting with the training of radiology technology students.
• Using and performing QC on PACS, Computed Radiography, and/or Digital Radiography Systems.
• Operating the following equipment: Phillips, Siemens, Carestream and Canon.

The Middletown ED Imaging Department is currently recruiting for a Part-Time Radiologic Technologist.

Schedule

• 11a-11:30p every other weekend
• 2 additional evening shifts per pay period (1 8hr & 1 4hr shift)

The successful candidate will be responsible for

• Complete knowledge and proficiency in the use of radiographic equipment
• Developing and identifying radiographs; which includes proper identification of film, date and time
• Covering the Emergency Department (ED) OR, Surgi center, Portables, Fluoro
• Assisting with the training of radiology technology students

Requirements

Hourly Pay Range: $32.77 - $52.43 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
