Job summary

Stand Together Ventures Lab is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to provide clinical and administrative support in a pediatric urgent care setting. The role includes history taking, vital signs, patient preparation for radiology, and high-quality imaging while maintaining safety and confidentiality.

• Apply splints and DME devices as ordered.

Job description

The Radiologic Technologist (X-ray Tech) role involves providing clinical and administrative support within a pediatric urgent care setting.

Responsibilities include: obtaining patient history and vital signs, preparing patients for radiological procedures, capturing quality diagnostic x-rays, ensuring equipment functionality and compliance, assisting with laboratory sample collection and processing, applying splints and DME devices, and maintaining a stocked exam room.

The position requires maintaining patient confidentiality, following safety protocols, and contributing to team efforts to enhance patient care.

Qualifications: graduation from a Radiologic Technologist program, knowledge of medical terminology, digital imaging, and electronic health records (eCW preferred). Candidates should demonstrate sound judgment, effective communication skills, and the ability to remain calm in emergencies.
