Job summary

GlobalPoint HC is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform radiographic and fluoroscopic tests, including portable imaging, within State College, PA. The role requires current radiology certification and BLS, with at least one year of radiology tech experience.

Responsibilities include image acquisition, documentation, coordination with OR staff, and maintaining equipment and supplies. 8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday. Strong teamwork and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Radiology Technologist program.
• 1 year of radiology technician experience.
• Current radiology technician certification.
• BLS certification per AHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiological tests as scheduled or requested with appropriate skill and in a timely manner.
• Obtains images using appropriate equipment and transfers images to PACs.
• Documents tests and procedures via computer.
• Assists with office functions, clinical tasks, and room turnover under RN/ST supervision.
• Monitors radiology supplies, coordinates with maintenance and certifications.
• Checks OR schedule and provides radiology or related coverage as needed.
• Maintains aseptic technique during surgical tests and procedures.
• Maintains confidentiality of all records and information.
