Northwestern Medicine Catherine Gratz Griffin Lake Forest Hospital is hiring a full-time Radiology Technologist for its Orthopedics clinic. This role involves providing imaging services at Lake Forest, Grayslake, and Glenview clinics. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities include ensuring patient safety, producing diagnostic images, and maintaining equipment. Candidates should hold relevant certifications and be prepared to support department initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Radiology Technologist Program.
• Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required.
• Basic Life Support CPR certification needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety during the imaging process.
• Produce diagnostic-quality images following protocols.
• Review images and ensure diagnostic adequacy.
• Administer contrast and monitor patients as needed.
• Operate imaging equipment and maintain readiness.
• Document accurately in medical records and image systems.
