Job summary

Ascension's Seton Northwest in Austin, TX seeks a Radiologic Technologist to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging to support physicians in accurate patient diagnoses. You will position patients, apply precise exposure factors, and uphold strict radiation safety standards.

Responsibilities include administering contrast media per scope, documenting clinical history in the EHR, coordinating with the care team, and ensuring timely submission of digital images to PACS to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Credentialed in General Practice by state program prior to hire.
• ARRT Radiography credential obtained prior to hire.
• Education options include diploma equivalency or higher per Listed qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging to assist physicians in accurate diagnoses.
• Position patients accurately and select precise exposure factors for image quality and radiation safety.
• Administer contrast media within scope of practice per regulations.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and document clinical history in the EHR.
• Submit digital images to PACS for streamlined clinical workflows.
