Job summary

Texas Orthopedics is seeking a Radiology Technician (PRN) to perform X-ray procedures in a fast-paced orthopedic clinic in Austin, TX. You will work under physician orders, ensure patient safety, and support the radiology team with image processing and PACS transmission.

Ideal candidates have ARRT or LMRT certification, at least one year in healthcare, and strong knowledge of radiology guidelines and OSHA regulations. This is a part-time, on-site role at our South Austin clinic.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED; ARRT or LMRT; ARRT preferred.
• Experience: One year experience in a health care setting; preferably orthopedics.
• Licensure: Radiological Certification.

Responsibilities

• Takes x-rays of patients following physician orders and safety protocols.
• Ensures quality patient care and adherence to OSHA regulations.
• Prepares patients for radiology procedures and processes images.
