I have a new Radiologic Technologist position available near Hokendauqua, Pennsylvania.

Role

Provide mobile X-ray and EKG (if applicable) services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other miscellaneous facilities.

Duties
  • Perform and process X-rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment, then submit or transmit them to a Radiologist for interpretation.
  • Unload portable X-ray equipment and take it into facilities to perform exams ordered by physicians, ensuring clinically diagnostic, technically competent images.
  • Perform EKGs (as needed) and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation (if required).
  • Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily, following protocol.
  • Communicate regularly with dispatch and management.
  • Interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients.
  • Maintain vehicle and X-ray equipment.
Requirements
  • Prior experience and knowledge in radiologic technology
  • ARRT certification
  • PA Rad Tech certification
  • COVID vaccination (no exceptions)
