Job summary

OrthoAlaska LLC is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for PRN work at OPA Wasilla. You will perform high-quality radiologic exams in a safe, patient-centered environment, using Large and Mini C-arm systems while adhering to ALARA standards.

The role requires ARRT registration, an associate degree in radiologic technology, and at least one year of X-ray experience. Applicants should be detail-oriented and able to collaborate with OR staff and physicians.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as an X-ray technologist.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Associates degree in radiologic technology from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and ensure safety.
• Operate radiographic equipment and adjust settings for quality images.
• Use C-arm systems and PACS to capture and label images.
• Assist providers during procedures and position patients for optimal views.
• Maintain records, security, and clean equipment to ALARA standards.
