Job summary

Froedtert Health is seeking an on-site Radiologic Technologist at our West Bend facility. You will prepare patients and conduct radiographic exams under radiologist guidance, ensuring image quality while following radiation safety protocols.

Responsibilities include operating imaging equipment, maintaining patient comfort, and collaborating with physicians and staff. ARRT registration and WI license are required; BLS certification within 90 days of hire; one year of radiology experience

Qualifications

• Post high school ARRT Radiologic Technology program completed.
• ARRT registration as Radiologic Technologist (R) and State of WI license required.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider within 90 days of hire.
• One year of current clinical radiology experience preferred; student experience may count.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and perform radiographic procedures in diagnostic radiology.
• Operate imaging equipment following guidelines and protocols.
• Apply radiation protection measures and adhere to safety standards.
• Provide positive interaction with patients, visitors and staff; assist in patient care areas as needed.
