Job summary

Mercy Hospital South is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for the Evening shift (Full Time, 2:30pm-11:00pm). Location: Mercy Hospital South.

Responsibilities include performing radiographic procedures and assuming responsibility for the procedures performed. Qualifications require graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program, ARRT registry (or registry-eligible with registry within 6 months), and solid technical radiology skills with basic anatomy understanding.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program with required clinical hours.
• ARRT registry or registry eligible; must achieve registry within 6 months of hire.
• Technical skill in radiologic procedures with basic anatomy understanding.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures at a technical level with minimal supervision.
• Assume responsibility for procedures performed.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Loan Repayment Assistance Program up to $20,000 Lifetime: The Imaging Loan Repayment Assistance Program provides financial support to our Mercy Imaging co-workers in a 24X7 hospital based eligible position who are in a .4 FTE and above, working 32 hours or more per pay period. The program offers monthly payments made directly to the loan servicer up to the amount of $370 per month and up to $20,000 for a lifetime maximum.

Perform radiographic procedures at a technical level, not requiring constant supervision of technical details. Assume responsibility for procedures performed. Performs related duties as assigned.

Radiologic Technologist - Evenings

Full Time - 2:30pm-11:00pm

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours. High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience: Has acquired experience and possesses capability as determined to be adequate for the position.
• Certification/Registration: ARRT registry or registry eligible Achieved registry within 6 months of hire.
• Other: Technical skill in radiologic procedures. Understanding of basic anatomy.
