Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care is seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our team. The role focuses on high-quality patient imaging with up-to-date equipment, safety, and efficient workflow.

We offer a competitive hourly pay starting at $31, with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for full-time hires, generous PTO, benefits, CME support, and opportunities for growth as we expand across markets.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program or nearing graduation.
• Active ARRT certification and state licensure as required.
• Strong patient-care focus and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage X-ray equipment start-up and shut-down.
• Identify patient, confirm examination requests and prepare for imaging.
• Conduct radiologic procedures following safety and care guidelines.
• Obtain patient history and document observations during exams.
• Maintain radiation protection measures and report equipment issues.
• Process radiology procedures in EMR and assist billing as needed.
• Obtain pre-authorization from insurers for CT scans when needed.
• Ensure X-ray exams appear in PACS and reports reach the chart.
• Support onboarding and triage duties to optimize patient flow.
