Job Summary

Interim position for Registry and CRT eligible technologist post-graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology Program. Performs all aspects of a Radiologic Technologist but is limited to not making direct exposures on patients.

Job Requirements

Education and Work Experience:

• High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
• Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
  
  

Licenses/Certifications

• Recent graduate of a Radiologic Technology Program and ARRT eligible: Required
  
  

Essential Functions

• Explains procedures to patients and answers questions.
• Prepares equipment for use as needed. Prepares examination rooms for patient exams.
• Positions patients for imaging exams.
• Monitors patients and ensures safety during exams.
• Verifies exams on PACS.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
