Job summary

Mercy Phys. Plaza is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures with a focus on patient safety and high-quality results.

The role requires effective communication with patients and healthcare teams, documentation accuracy, and adherence to clinical standards. Full-time position, Monday–Friday, 8:00a–5:00p in Little Rock area, with responsibilities including maintenance of imaging quality and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program with clinical hours completed.
• ARRT Registry in compliance with Continuing Education or registry eligible with temporary license.
• Maintain CPR certification.
• Minor nursing skills may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in diagnosis and treatment.
• Operate imaging equipment with emphasis on patient safety and image quality.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of results.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.

The Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This role requires proficiency in operating imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high-quality imaging and accurate documentation standards. Effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals is essential for providing optimal care.

Position Details:

Location: Mercy Phys. Plaza

Shift: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Hours: 8:00a - 5:00p

Qualifications:

• Required Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours.
• Required Certifications: Radiologic Technologist License.
• Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience OR graduate of Bachelor degree program. Current ARRT Registry in Compliance with Continuing Education or is registry eligible with a temporary license. Maintain CPR certification.
• Other: Requires minor nursing skills.
