Job summary

Concentra, Inc is seeking a Radiologic Technologist & Medical Support Specialist in Baltimore, MD. The role performs routine X-ray exams under clinician supervision and supports in other facility areas, ensuring patient care and safety in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle DOT/non-DOT testing, patient prep, vital signs, phlebotomy, and front-office duties while adhering to HIPAA guidelines and maintaining equipment and documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology and applicable state certification.
• Registered with ARRT and active certification.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customarily has at least six months or more of medical assistant experience; knowledge of medical procedures and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures, escort to dressing and x-ray rooms, and assist with positioning.
• Operate radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic images and adjust exposure settings.
• Follow radiation safety measures to protect patients and staff.
• Maintain and calibrate radiology equipment and document QA/QC.
• Assist with DOT and non-DOT drug testing and various clinical tasks.
• Provide front-office support: greet patients, check in/out, and manage records; ensure HIPAA compliance.
