Job summary

The position requires a minimum of three years radiography experience, at least one year teaching, and a Baccalaureate degree with ARRT Radiography certification, CA CRT permit, and CPR.

Qualifications

• Three years of occupational experience in radiography, with two years full-time clinical experience.
• One year of teaching experience in the subject areas or training in instructional methods.

Responsibilities

• Delivering class and clinical instruction per an approved syllabus using effective teaching methods.
• Developing daily lesson plans; advising and tutoring students; maintaining attendance and grade records.
• Staying current in the radiography field relevant to the program.
• Participating in faculty meetings and two in-service training sessions annually.
• Engaging in college activities such as in-services, student functions, and orientations.
• Striving for student success by delivering quality instruction aligned with course and program objectives.
