Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to perform a range of imaging procedures. You will prepare patients, operate radiographic equipment, verify orders, and ensure safety and quality standards across the department.

The role requires ARRT registration, Florida General Radiographer license, BLS/CPR, and at least one year of radiology experience. Training, teamwork, and adherence to HIPAA and safety protocols are essential.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification and Florida General Radiographer license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Graduate of AMA Accredited Radiologic Technology Program or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year radiology department experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for examination and assists radiologist during procedures.
• Reviews medical records to verify physician orders.
• Cross trains in other specialties as workload demands.
• Inspects films for quality and proper patient data.
• Completes exam data entry and paperwork daily.
• Attends monthly department staff meetings.
