OrthoArkansas is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to support high-quality imaging services and patient care. You will operate imaging equipment, follow physician orders, and ensure safe, accurate diagnostic results while maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the care team, adherence to protocols, and ongoing involvement in quality improvement initiatives to enhance workflow and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Certification by ARRt and valid state license.
• BLS certification required.
• Proficiency with X-ray imaging software and equipment.
• Experience with EHR and PACS systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform X-ray imaging procedures according to physician protocols.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and accurate diagnostic results.
• Transfer images to PACS promptly and maintain equipment/rooms.
• Support team operations and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
