Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiology in hospital and clinical settings in Oregon. You will work under radiologist supervision and ensure quality imaging and patient care.

Responsibilities include image processing, patient registration, and support for on-call schedules. Requires ARRT certification and Oregon license, with BLS and AMA-approved radiology training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support within 1 month of hire.
• Radiologic Technologist Certification required at hire from ARRT.
• Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist License (Oregon) required at hire.
• Completed AMA approved program in radiology technology.
• Daily use of radiology equipment, imaging and health care computer system.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiologic procedures using radiographic equipment in hospital or clinical settings.
• Process images and coordinate with RIS/PACS; assist radiologist as needed.
• Manage patient registration, scheduling and transportation within workflow.
• Participate in on-call or standby schedule as required; perform other duties as assigned.
