Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology or successful completion of a two-year accredited program.
• CMRT certification by the Texas Medical Board or ARRT registered/eligible; CPR certification.
• At least one year of related radiology experience.
• Knowledge of radiation safety and sterile field practices.
• Ability to operate radiographic equipment and ensure image quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiographic equipment and perform diagnostic procedures for all ages.
• Ensure correct patient identification, dating, and marker placement on films.
• Apply radiographic parameters to produce acceptable contrast and detail.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and accurate documentation of procedures.
• Provide coverage at other clinical sites if needed and participate in CPR if required.
