Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist II to join our imaging team at multiple locations in Illinois, including Plainfield and nearby Naperville facilities. The role involves operating radiology equipment, producing diagnostic radiographs, and supporting physicians with imaging orders while delivering courteous patient care.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, ARRT(R) certification within 2 years of start, IEMA licensure or notice, and a current CPR (BLS)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• IEMA licensure or notice of IEMA compliance to perform medical radiation.
• ARRT(R) certification candidate within 2 years of temporary license date.
• Current CPR Certification (BLS) issued by American Heart Association.
• Preferred: prior x-ray experience in a hospital setting; knowledge of ACR/JCAHO requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operates radiology equipment to produce radiographs for diagnostic purposes.Assists physicians and clinical staff with obtaining images using PACS or HIS.Explains procedures to patients to reduce anxiety and promote trust.
• Delivers and ensures customer service in all aspects of the job.
