Job summary

St. Elizabeth HealthCare is seeking a Radiologic Technologist II for Interventional Radiology in Edgewood. You will produce high quality radiographs for interventional studies, assist with sterile setup, and maintain sterile technique throughout procedures.

This role requires ARRT registration, CPR certification, and state licensure in Kentucky and Indiana. You will review patient histories, monitor sedation, handle data, and support safety and accurate billing in a fast-paced, patient-centered

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved accredited program of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT(R)(CV) or ARRT(R)(VI) registered.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality radiographs for interventional studies while maintaining sterile technique.
• Review patient histories and take precautions to prevent adverse reactions.
• Assist with advanced intervention procedures, including venous access and monitoring sedation.

We’re looking for a skilled technologist who not only meets all the responsibilities of a registered technologist but also has a strong understanding of sterile techniques, anatomy, and physiology. You’ll review patient histories, take necessary precautions to prevent adverse reactions, and follow all safety standards to ensure safe, effective care. In addition to performing all standard procedures, you’ll be trained to assist with advanced intervention procedures, including venous access and monitoring sedation and medications during interventions. You'll also handle patient data, ensure accurate billing and coding, and manage supplies effectively. Education and National Credentials:
