Job summary

MedStar Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for the McLean, VA location. Under supervision, you will operate digital fluoroscopic and portable radiology equipment to obtain routine radiographs following physician specifications and safety protocols.

The role requires ARRT certification, state licensure as applicable, BLS, and 3–4 years XR/RF experience. You will support OR cases with C-Arm/O-Arm, maintain equipment, and contribute to patient education and care coordination.

Qualifications

• XR/RF experience required (3–4 years).
• ARRT certification and state licensure as applicable.
• BLS certification required.
• Associate's degree or METC-accredited certificate in Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital fluoroscopic and portable radiology equipment per physician specs.
• Ensure radiation safety and proper image labeling and quality.
• Support OR cases with C-Arm/O-Arm and coordinate with care team.
• Document care in EHR and ensure timely image delivery to PACS.
