Job description

Hourly Pay Range:

$29.68 - $46.00 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

  • SIGN-ON BONUS: $10,000
  • Position: Radiologic Technologist II
  • Location: Edward Hospital, Naperville, IL
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 12:00pm to 8:30pm
  • Schedule: On-call, holiday schedule, rotating weekends

What you will need:

  • High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
  • IEMA licensure or notice of compliance and authorization to perform medical radiation
  • Minimum: ARRT(R) candidate (Certificate of Program Completion or a letter from the Radiology Program Director); current CPR (BLS) certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross
  • Knowledge of ACR/JCAHO requirements; prior x-ray experience in a surgical environment preferred

What you will do:

Operate radiology equipment to produce diagnostic images, assist physicians with obtaining films and records using PACS or hospital systems, explain procedures to patients to reduce anxiety, and deliver excellent customer service.
