Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic procedures and provide quality images for interpretation on-site. The role requires graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program and ARRT (R) certification at hire or within the first year.

Licensed by the Arkansas Dept. of Health, CPR/BLS certification is required, and ongoing licensure must be maintained. This role offers stable hours within Arkansas' healthcare network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology is required.
• Certification eligible upon date of hire; must be certified within one year of hire.
• Maintain ARRT (R) certification.
• Maintain Arkansas Department of Health Radiology Technologist License.
• Must have CPR certification (AHA-BLS for Healthcare Providers).

Responsibilities

• The Radiologic Technologist performs a variety of radiographic procedures, responds to patient's needs, provides quality images for interpretation, and completes proper documentation.

• Certification eligible upon date of hire. Must be certified within one year of hire.
• Have and maintain Arkansas Department of Health Temporary Radiologic Technologist License until permanent license is applicable
• Have and maintain current certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiography (ARRT)(R) is required
• Have and maintain current Arkansas Department of Health Radiology Technologist License
• Must have and maintain current CPR (American Heart Association-Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers)

This job will be authorized80.00 hours bi-weekly.
