Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform a variety of radiographic procedures and ensure high-quality images for interpretation. The role requires responsiveness to patient needs and meticulous documentation of each procedure.

Candidates must graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program, obtain AR license, ARRT (R) certification, and CPR/BLS certification. Certification must be achieved within one year of hire, with AR Health licensing maintained.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
• Certification eligible within one year of hire; must be certified within one year.
• ARRT (R) certification required.
• Arkansas Department of Health Radiology Technologist License required.
• CPR certification (AHA-BLS for Healthcare Providers) required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of radiographic procedures.

• Complete proper documentation of procedures and images.

Job description

The Radiologic Technologist performs a variety of radiographic procedures, responds to patient's needs, provides quality images for interpretation, and completes proper documentation.

Other information:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology
• Certification eligible upon date of hire. Must be certified within one year of hire.
• Have and maintain Arkansas Department of Health Temporary Radiologic Technologist License until permanent license is applicable
• Have and maintain current certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiography (ARRT)(R) is required
• Have and maintain current Arkansas Department of Health Radiology Technologist License
• Must have and maintain current CPR (American Heart Association-Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers)

This job will be authorized80.00 hours bi-weekly.
