Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a Radiologic Technologist (X-ray focused) for a 323-bed hospital, a Level I Trauma Center & Comprehensive Stroke Center in Florida. Shifts include days or nights with rotating weekends; open to new graduates.

You will perform X-rays, assist with patient care, and ensure safety standards are followed. Position offers competitive base pay, shift differentials, a $7,500 sign-on bonus, relocation support, and strong benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), tuition

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification required.
• Florida state license required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform X-rays following ALARA safety standards.
• Send images to radiologists for interpretation.
• Take vitals and patient history.
• Assist with patient movement, prep and care.
• Maintain equipment and room cleanliness.

Role Overview

• Position: Radiologic Technologist (X-ray focused)

• Shifts: Days or Nights (both include rotating weekends)
• Experience: Open to new graduates

Key Responsibilities

• Perform X-rays following safety standards (ALARA principle)
• Send images to radiologists for interpretation
• Take vitals and patient history
• Assist with patient movement, prep, and care
• Maintain equipment and room cleanliness
• Transport patients when needed

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited Radiologic Technology program
• ARRT certification required
• Florida state license required
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire

Compensation & Perks

• Base Pay:
• • $24 – $36/hr
• Shift Differentials:
• • Nights: +$3.25/hr
