Job summary

The Radiologic Technologist (RT) works with Medical Providers and Medical Assistants to perform radiologic procedures, applying ionizing radiation to assist in diagnosis for patients of all ages. You will analyze and report results and support clinic operations to keep centers running smoothly.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, graduation from an approved Radiologic Technologist program, ARRT certification, state licensure if applicable, and BLS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist program required.
• ARRT registration required at time of hire.
• State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist is required at the time of hire (if applicable by state law).

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray services as needed.
• Position patients correctly for imaging and protect during use.
• Report results to Medical Providers and maintain accurate records.
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of centers.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and ALARA principles.
• Set up and calibrate equipment and maintain QA/QC logs.
