Location: US:WI:WEST BEND at our FROEDTERT WEST BEND HOSPITAL facility.

FTE: 1.00 (40.00hrs)
Shift: Shift 1
First shift team member, rotation through weekends and holidays.
Job Summary: Under the direction of a radiologist or other providers, prepares patients and performs radiographic procedures in diagnostic radiology, operating imaging equipment. Performs diagnostic studies following specific guidelines and protocols, utilizing radiation protection measures. Maintains organizational customer service standards and supports excellence initiatives. Communicates effectively with patients, visitors, and staff. Performs ancillary services and assists in patient care areas as needed. Other duties as assigned.
Experience: One year of current clinical experience in diagnostic radiology is preferred. Clinical student experience may be considered in lieu of one year of experience.
Education: Completion of an ARRT-accredited Radiologic Technology program post-high school is required. An additional 1-2 years of college/university coursework or an undergraduate degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred but not required.
Skills: Self-motivated, organized, able to prioritize, flexible, and able to adapt to emergencies.
Licensure: ARRT registered RT (R) in diagnostic radiology and current WI Radiographer license required. BLS certification from AHA or equivalent required within 90 days of hire.
