• Hourly Pay: $45.00 – $52.00 (based on experience/mobile)
• Monthly Bonus: Monthly incentive pay based on performance metrics
• Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000 (for full‑time positions)

Position Summary

Radiologic Technologist (RT) works with medical providers and assistants in the examination and treatment of patients. The RT performs a variety of technical procedures, applies prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis, performs patient X‑rays, reports results to medical providers, and provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our centers. The RT supports providers, assistants, and patients through patient care management, organization, and communication. The RT completes all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner, living our vision and mission to become the urgent care partner of choice. Key Responsibilities

• Under the clinical direction of the medical provider, perform X‑ray services for patients of all ages.
• Ensure patients are positioned correctly and protected during use.
• Assist patients in a wheelchair as needed.
• Follow operating instructions to perform daily equipment controls, calibration, and maintain QA/QC logs.
• Identify equipment breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance, and submit repair tickets.

Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma (required)
• Graduate of accredited Radiologic Tech program (required)

Certifications (required at time of hire):

• Basic Life Support (BLS) through ARC or AHA.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration.
• Applicable state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Valid State Driver’s License.

Experience:

• Previous clinical experience preferred.

RT Flex/Mobile: travels between locations during the workday; MVR required.
