Job summary

Conservative Care Occupational Health (CCOH) in Rogers, AR is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to support our occupational health clinic. You will perform diagnostic X-rays, run routine lab tests, and assist in daily clinic operations with a patient-centered approach.

The role requires a current Limited Scope X-Ray License or ARRT certification, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborate with providers, nurses, and medical assistants to sustain efficient clinic operations.

About Us:

We’re looking for a Radiologic Technologist to join our Rogers Family Practice clinic. This position plays a key role in supporting our clinical team by performing diagnostic imaging, lab testing, and assisting in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced occupational health environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform digital X-rays and ensure images meet quality and diagnostic standards.
  • Conduct routine laboratory testing, including specimen collection, processing, and documentation.
  • Follow proper protocols for infection control, safety, and equipment maintenance.
  • Accurately record test results and input data into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
  • Prepare examination rooms and assist medical staff with patient procedures as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and radiation safety standards.
  • Maintain inventory of lab and imaging supplies, restocking as necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, ensuring a professional and compassionate experience.
  • Collaborate closely with providers, nurses, and medical assistants to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Clinic Schedule

Our Rogers clinic operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with no weekend or holiday hours.

This position is full-time, 40 hours per week.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • 1+ year of experience as a lab technician in a clinical setting.
  • Current Limited Scope X-Ray License and/or ARRT certification.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to interact professionally with patients, providers, and team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Ability to follow established safety and infection-control procedures.
  • Proficiency with computers and comfort learning electronic health record (EHR) software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Professional appearance, punctuality, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ year of experience as a lab technician, medical assistant, or x-ray technologist in a clinical or occupational health setting.
  • Certification or experience in phlebotomy, specimen collection, or laboratory testing.
  • Knowledge of OSHA, CLIA, and radiation safety standards.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems and medical terminology.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred but not required).
  • Prior experience in a healthcare environment performing x-rays, lab testing, or patient care support.
