Conservative Care Occupational Health in Rogers, AR, is seeking a Medical Assistant/Lab Technologist to support our fast-paced occupational health clinic. The role involves imaging, lab testing, patient care, and daily operations to keep the clinic efficient and safe.

You will work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, full-time, with benefits including health/dental/vision, PTO, and a 401(k). Prior clinical/lab experience and an active license are preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year lab/clinical technician experience.
• Strong communication skills with patients and team.
• Proficiency with computers and EHR systems.
• Ability to follow safety, infection-control procedures.
• Professional appearance and punctuality.

Responsabilidades

• Perform digital X-rays and ensure image quality.
• Conduct routine laboratory testing and specimen processing.
• Maintain infection control and equipment safety.
• Record test results in the EHR accurately.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist clinicians.
• Collaborate with providers and nurses to keep clinic running smoothly.
• Provide courteous patient service.
