Job summary

Conservative Care Occupational Health (CCOH) in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our clinic. You will perform digital X-rays, conduct routine lab testing, and support day-to-day operations in a busy occupational health setting.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, full-time (40 hours). You’ll collaborate with providers, nurses, and medical assistants to ensure accurate results, patient safety, and a high level of compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Limited Scope X-Ray License and ARRT certification.
• Experience with diagnostic imaging and lab testing preferred.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and data entry.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform digital X-rays and ensure quality imaging.
• Conduct routine laboratory testing and specimen handling.
• Follow infection control, safety, and equipment maintenance protocols.
• Record results and input data into the EHR system.
• Prepare examination rooms and assist staff with procedures.

We’re looking for aRadiologic Technologist to join our Little Rock clinic. This position plays a key role in supporting our clinical team by performing diagnostic imaging, lab testing, and assisting in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced occupational health environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform digital X-rays and ensure images meet quality and diagnostic standards.
• Conduct routine laboratory testing, including specimen collection, processing, and documentation.
• Follow proper protocols for infection control, safety, and equipment maintenance.
• Accurately record test results and input data into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Prepare examination rooms and assist medical staff with patient procedures as needed.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and radiation safety standards.
• Maintain inventory of lab and imaging supplies, restocking as necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, ensuring a professional and compassionate experience.
• Collaborate closely with providers, nurses, and medical assistants to ensure efficient clinic operations.

Clinic Schedule

Our Little Rock clinic operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with no weekend or holiday hours.

This position is full-time, 40 hours per week.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1+ year of experience as a lab technician in a clinical setting.
• Current Limited Scope X-Ray License and/or ARRT certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to interact professionally with patients, providers, and team members.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Ability to follow established safety and infection-control procedures.
• Proficiency with computers and comfort learning electronic health record (EHR) software.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ year of experience as a lab technician, medical assistant, or x-ray technologist in a clinical or occupational health setting.
• Certification or experience in phlebotomy, specimen collection, or laboratory testing.
• Knowledge of OSHA, CLIA, and radiation safety standards.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and medical terminology.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred but not required).
• Prior experience in a healthcare environment performing x-rays, lab testing, or patient care support.
