Elite Sports Medicine + Orthopedics in Nashville, TN is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to provide radiologic images as directed by physicians, nurses, or clinicians. This full-time role emphasizes safe imaging, equipment upkeep, and patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of an accredited Radiology program.
• ARRT license required.
• Full-scope X-ray Operator license from the State of Tennessee required.
• Experience taking and transmitting radiographic images.
• Familiarity with EMR and PACS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort patients to radiology rooms and verify orders in EMR.
• Prepare patients and position them for imaging with minimal discomfort.
• Obtain clear radiographs while following safety protocols and using dosimeters.
• Transfer and archive images in PACS; prepare discs if requested.
• Maintain radiology equipment and perform routine safety checks.
• Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA guidelines; maintain patient confidentiality.

NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS AND NO HOLIDAYS!The Radiologic Technologist will provide radiologic images as directed by the physician, nurse, or other clinician, maintain radiology equipment and supplies and assist physicians and clinical staff as needed.
