Connecticut Orthopaedics is the #1 Physician Practice in Orthopaedics in Connecticut for two consecutive years. We are seeking a full‑time Float Radiologic Technologist to join our care team. The role involves floating between Orange, Milford, Trumbull, and Shelton, contributing to high‑quality patient care across our practice.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform various radiographic procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients’ illnesses and/or injuries.
• Pre‑screen patients for precautions or contraindications, explain procedures, and provide emotional support throughout the care process.

Skills and Abilities

• Provide quality, compassionate patient care.
• Maintain a positive attitude and friendly, courteous demeanor.
• Maintain and disinfect medical equipment.
• Comply with all HIPAA requirements.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Registered technologist from an accredited radiology school.
• Active radiology technologist license in Connecticut.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience with EMR/EHR considered a plus.

Work Environment and Schedule

• Primary location Hamden, CT.
• Float position requiring reliable personal transportation for travel between sites.
