The position requires ARRT registration and a two-year allied health degree, with preference for an additional radiology modality credential and phlebotomy experience.

Formación

• ARRT registered radiologic technologist.
• Two-year allied health degree preferred.
• Second advanced modality registry preferred.
• AAB Phlebotomy Technician or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Produces high quality radiographic images unassisted through positioning and technical factors.
• Bedside imaging using portable x-ray equipment.
• Surgical imaging using C-arm units.
• Fluoroscopic procedures with contrast.
• Pain Clinic imaging with portable C-arm.
• Trauma imaging and spinal myelography procedures.
• Ensures patient safety and ALARA exposure principles.
• Receives and relays orders and documents procedures.
• Provides education to patients and staff.
• Maintains equipment and prepares patients for procedures.
