Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved accredited program of Radiologic Technology (RR).
• CPR certified and ARRT registered or eligible.
• State licensure: Kentucky KBMIRT Radiography license (temporary or permanent).
• Indiana ISDH Radiologic Technologist permit or equivalent.
• Excellent understanding of radiation protection and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiology equipment safely and efficiently.
• Select appropriate exposure factors to minimize patient dose.
• Adhere to safety standards and HIPAA guidelines.
• Provide high-quality diagnostic images for radiologist interpretation.
• Maintain equipment and participate in QC/QA activities.
• Document patient data and procedure charging accurately.
