Job summary

MultiCare Rockwood Clinic in Spokane, WA, is hiring a Radiologic Technologist for the 0.9 FTE Evening shift (36 hours/week). The role performs a full range of diagnostic imaging exams using fixed, portable, and fluoroscopic systems, supporting trauma imaging, OR cases, and routine studies as part of a multidisciplinary health care team.

The successful candidate will have an AA imaging degree, WA state X-ray tech registration with transition to CRT within 3 months, ARRT certification, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate or eligible for graduation with an AA degree from accredited Imaging program or equivalent.
• X-Ray Technician Registration with the State of Washington Department of Health permitted but must transition to Certified Radiologic Technologist with the State of Washington Department of Health within the (3) three months of hiring.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required; If registry is pending, must complete within 6 months from date of hire into this job classification
• BLS Certification

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of diagnostic radiology exams using fixed, portable, and fluoroscopic imaging equipment
• May support trauma imaging, operating room cases, as well as routine diagnostic studies
• Ensure imaging exams are completed in accordance with established departmental policies and clinical guidelines
• Serve as a clinical resource and role model, working effectively both independently and as part of the care team
