Job summary

MultiCare Covington Medical Center is hiring a Radiologic Technologist to perform a full range of diagnostic imaging exams using fixed, portable, and fluoroscopic equipment. The role supports trauma imaging and operating room cases, acting as a clinical resource within a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include an AA in Imaging, WA DOH registration with transition within 3 months, ARRT certification, and BLS.

Qualifications

Graduate or eligible for graduation with an AA degree from accredited Imaging program or equivalent.
X-Ray Technician Registration with the State of Washington Department of Health required but must transition to Certified Radiologic Technologist within 3 months of hiring.
Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required; if registry is pending, must complete within 6 months from date of hire.
BLS Certification

Responsibilities

Perform a broad range of diagnostic radiology exams using fixed, portable, and fluoroscopic imaging equipment.
May support trauma imaging, operating room cases, as well as routine diagnostic studies.
Ensure imaging exams are completed in accordance with established departmental policies and clinical guidelines.
Serve as a clinical resource and role model, working effectively both independently and as part of the care team.
