Job summary

The Radiologic Technologist at MultiCare Valley Hospital performs a full range of diagnostic imaging using fixed, portable, and fluoroscopic systems. You will work as a clinical role model within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring exams meet departmental guidelines and quality standards.

Requirements include an AA degree in imaging (or equivalent), ARRT registry eligibility and licensure within 12 months, WA XT license, and BLS certification, supporting trauma and OR cases as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate or eligible for graduation with an AA degree from accredited Imaging program or equivalent.
• Eligible to take ARRT registry or enrolled in an ARRT accredited program.
• Must obtain ARRT RT(R) within 12 months of hire.
• Washington State license as X-Ray Technician (XT license) required.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of diagnostic radiology exams using fixed, portable, and fluoroscopic imaging equipment.
• May support trauma imaging, operating room cases, as well as routine diagnostic studies.
• Ensure imaging exams are completed in accordance with established departmental policies and clinical guidelines.
• Serve as a clinical resource and role model, working effectively both independently and as part of the care team.
