Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Valid Florida Radiologic Technologist licensure.
• Valid ARRT certification.
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic imaging and related procedures to demonstrate anatomy and/or physiology for interpretation.
• Exhibits professional judgment and maintains a demeanor aligned with quality care.
• Delivers appropriate care while recognizing patient conditions and ensuring procedure completion.
• Adheres to radiation safety principles to minimize exposure to patients and staff.
• Positions patient and equipment to obtain high-quality images for interpretation.
• Assesses images for technical quality, proper annotation, and patient identification.
• AppliesQuality Control standards and participates in all QC tasks.
• Demonstrates proficiency in contrast administration and manages adverse reactions.
