Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to operate radiology information systems (EPIC, PACS).

Responsibilities

• Produces diagnostic radiographic examinations by positioning patients and selecting technical factors.
• Performs portable x-ray examinations in patient rooms and emergency areas.
• Adheres to ALARA principles and ensures patient safety and proper shielding.
• Identifies patients and correctly labels images with name and MRN# per policy.
• Performs daily and monthly QA and maintains x-ray room organization.
