Job summary

Mary Bridge Children's Hospital & Health Network in Tacoma, WA, seeks a Radiologic Technologist for pediatric imaging. You will perform diagnostic radiography and assist with procedures, working with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver safe, compassionate imaging care for children.

Qualifications

Work situations are a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgement, initiative, and ingenuity. You will work together with your team to ensure the most comprehensive and compassionate imaging care for MultiCare patients.**Responsibilities:*** You will perform general radiography imaging studies under the supervision of department leadership of Imaging Services* Operate imaging equipment for both diagnostic studies and supporting physicians during sterile procedures* Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and/or child life specialists to deliver coordinated care* Adhere to infection control, radiation safety, and contrast administration protocols* You will recognize and report patient needs to create a safe and comfortable patient care environment* Participate in on-call rotations to support 24/7 imaging services**Requirements:*** Graduate with an AA degree from accredited Imaging program or equivalent* Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist required* Minimum 1 year of experience preferred* Certified Ragiologic Technologist with the State of Washington Department of Health* BLS **Where kids and families are always first**Everything we do starts with a commitment to children and families. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $48.33 - $76.16 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
