Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Massachusetts is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to provide direct patient care and perform diagnostic and fluoroscopic imaging in inpatient and outpatient settings. You will work under the supervision of a Senior Radiologic Technologist and support timely exams while ensuring quality and safety.

The role requires ARRT certification, MA licensure, and the ability to travel between Marlborough and Nashoba/Groton for coverage.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited radiological program.
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

Performs diagnostic and fluoroscopic radiologic exams appropriate to patient age in inpatient or outpatient settings, following department standards.
Gathers pertinent clinical data and maintains accurate patient records.
Completes exams and paperwork promptly and submits results to PACS for radiologist review.
Positions and transfers patients safely and assists physicians with interventional exams as needed.
Ensures QA on images and maintains orderly inventory of radiology supplies.
Travels between Marlborough and Nashoba/Groton to provide operational support as scheduled.
