Job summary

Grand Lake Health System seeks a Radiologic Technologist (PRN) to perform radiographic and CT procedures, delivering high-quality images for interpretation. You will coordinate daily procedures in the imaging area and handle necessary documentation and billing with accuracy.

The role may involve off-site locations and additional duties such as patient registration, phlebotomy, waived labs, and related tasks.

Qualifications

• BLS Certification is required.
• Graduate with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiography from an accredited program.
• ARRT Radiography and/or CT certification or registry eligibility; registration in Radiography and CT preferred.
• Hold or be eligible to apply for an Ohio Radiologic License.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic and CT procedures producing high-quality images for interpretation by a licensed practitioner.
• Coordinate day-to-day activity of patient procedures in the assigned area.
• Complete all required paperwork for the Diagnostic Exam.
• Enter patient charges accurately.
• May work at off-site Imaging locations and assist with patient registration, phlebotomy, waived lab testing, and other duties as assigned.

Duties and Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all required paperwork associated with the Diagnostic Exam.
• Responsible for accurately entering all patient charges.
• May be assigned to work at off-site Imaging locations and responsible for patient registration, phlebotomy, waived lab testing, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• BLS Certification required.

Education/Certifications

• Graduate with an Associates or Bachelors degree from an accredited Radiography program.
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiology or registry eligible. Registered in Radiography and CT preferred.
• Hold a current Ohio Radiologic License in Radiography or eligible to apply for licensure.

Experience

• Previous experience preferred.
