Job summary

MercyOne is seeking a Radiology Tech to perform general diagnostic imaging exams, CTs, as well as mammography and other designated procedures, contributing to the efficient operation of the department and to the continuity of patient care.

The role requires graduation from an AMA Radiologic Technology program, Iowa permit to practice, ARRT certification, and ongoing CE requirements; willingness to obtain additional credentials; BLS certification; and compliance with mandatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an AMA Radiologic Technology program.
• Iowa permit to practice required.
• Maintains ARRT certification or is actively pursuing credentials.

Responsibilities

• Perform general diagnostic imaging exams, CTs, and mammography and other designated procedures.
• Contribute to efficient operation of the department and ensure quality patient care.
• Provide care appropriate to patients from teenagers to geriatric, across ages.
